There will be 372 condos in this project, with at least 34 of those units being allocated toward 3+ bedroom units. The entrance for the residential suites will be on Jarvis Street.

It was a sad day when a fire occured in the heritage home on 314 Jarvis Street, but all’s well that ends well because even though the fire gutted the interior of the house, its exterior is finding renewed life by being included in the development’s exterior.
The Garden District is one of the most central and renowned neighbourhoods in the city. It’s named for Allan Gardens, which is a botanical garden situated in a historic building. Even in the depths of winter, the Gardens are on display with exotic plants from all over the world.
JAC Condos is just south of the corner of Jarvis and Carlton, and it takes up the width of the city block along McLear Place.
